Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how Softtrackfr SAS, a company registered with the Paris Companies Register under number 894 217 530 and having its registered office at 27 rue de Châteaudun, 75009 Paris, France, collects and processes the personal data of visitors to softtrackfr.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the Data Protection Act.

2. Data collected
We collect the data you provide via the information-request form: first name and email address. For security and audience-measurement purposes, we also collect technical data such as the IP address, browser type, operating system and connection date and time.
3. Purposes of processing
The data is processed to respond to your information request, to send you information about available residential projects, to ensure the security of the site and to compile anonymised usage statistics.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) for the sending of commercial information, and on the legitimate interest of Softtrackfr SAS (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) for site security and audience measurement.
5. Data recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for the internal departments of Softtrackfr SAS. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. Our technical sub-processors (host OVH SAS, email provider) are bound by contractual agreements compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR.
6. Retention period
Form data is retained for three (3) years from the date of last contact. Technical logs are retained for twelve (12) months in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
7. Your rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer and object to the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to dpo@softtrackfr.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted in France by OVH SAS and is not transferred outside the European Union.
9. Security
Softtrackfr SAS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption, access control, logging, encrypted backups and annual audits.
